Below Deck star fired as intense row erupts between crew after booze and loud romps

Below Deck star Captain Sandy Yawn fired Camille Lamb in dramatic scenes after the stewardess failed to deliver on her duties.

Camille said her farewell after she got the boot on this week’s episode of the hit Bravo reality TV series, which airs on Hayu in the UK.

The stewardess was axed from her responsibilities in tense scenes after she drank on the job and spent a night partying ahead of a massive day, soon after arguing with a colleague.

Her dismissal followed a massive eruption where she fought with co-star Alissa Humber in intense scenes which came to a head as Chief Stew Fraser Olden found himself unable to help Camille any further.

In a confessional interview, Fraser confessed: “I don’t know how many more chances I can give.”

Even though Fraser called Camille out, he admitted he still had a fondness for her.

He confessed: “I have hope in people, and no one believed in me, ever, and I turned things around for myself. So I feel like I can see a little bit of that in everyone. So I always will give another chance.”

Elsewhere in the episode, Camille seemed to show disrespect towards her coworkers after unwinding with a large drink while still tending to her work responsibilities.

She and her boat romance Ben Willoughby also kept his bunkmate Tony Duarte up with their loud romps.

“You don’t drink on the job, Camille,” Fraser said as he confronted her, adding: “Come on, babe, it’s not a holiday. Ridiculous.”

This didn’t last long, as he soon found Camille drinking champagne again while preparing for a new group of guests, despite the cabins not being up to standards.

He told the camera: “Seeing Camille come out with a pint-size glass of champagne just goes to show there’s truly no care or willingness to do the job. If they can’t play a role in supporting the bigger picture, then they have no role on the St David.”

Fraser promptly voiced his latest concerns to Captain Sandy, who agreed that something needed to be done about the staff crew, leading to Camille’s exit.

Captain Sandy then asked Camille for a meeting, revealing that she would be leaving the boat.

“This is not easy for me,” she began. “I’m letting you go this morning.”

Below Deck is available to stream on Hayu, with new episodes each Tuesday
