Carol Vorderman is no stranger to flaunting her fabulous figure – and the ageless beauty was back at it again on Tuesday (April 18).
The 62-year-old sent her loyal legion of fans into a frenzy thanks to her latest sizzling video where she showed off her flexibility in her latest workout clip.
Over the next seven days, the blonde beauty has vowed to give her 328,000 viewers an insight into how she spent her week in isolation in the lead up to the start of I’m A Celebrity: South Africa which hits out screens next week.

And the former Countdown star made sure not to disappoint for the second installation of her week-long vlog as she shared gave her followers a peek inside her lavish lodgings while she worked out on the decking.

While battling the South African heat, the mum-of-two slipped into her skintight gym gear which included teeny red-hot crop top and matching yoga leggings.
She finished the look with a match of fiery trainers as she showed off her impressive moves on the yoga mat.
Carol captioned the post: “YOGA… SEPTEMBER 2022 @imacelebrity [yoga emoji]. As you know by now, I love exercising and it was amazing to have loads of time throughout isolation to work on my fitness…
“I loved doing my yoga and weights out in the fresh South African air with all the animals around me [muscle emoji].”

It didn’t take long before the TV personality was flooded with compliment from her famous friends and adoring followers immediately after posting.
TV presenter Julia Bradbury penned: “My favourite place, doing my favourite thing. One of my favourite women [praise emoji, green heart emoji].”
Another agreed: “I’m struggling to get my trainers on! You on the other hand are absolutely on fire! [three fire emojis].”
