Coronation Street spoilers: Justin's fate exposed, Hope abuse horror and rape ordeal

Coronation Street’s Daisy Midgeley (Charlotte Jordan) will find out if she’s been granted an Stalking Protection Order next week as newcomer Justin (Andrew Still) continues to torment her.

The barmaid meets her mum Christina (Amy Robbins) for lunch in upcoming scene and is left gobsmacked when she introduces her new boyfriend, Justin.

Fearful that Justin may have found out the date of her wedding to Daniel Osbourne (Rob Mallard), Daisy calls the venue and reschedules.

The owner of the boutique calls at the pub and tells Daisy that they’ve had a call from Justin accusing her of assault and they’re no longer prepared to lend her a dress as the publicity could damage their reputation, leaving Daisy gutted.

Back at No.1, she hears the doorbell and checks her app and is horrified to see it’s Justin.

Daisy orders him to clear off but she’s shocked to find him standing in her living room having got in the back door.

Later in the week, Daisy psyches herself up for the SPO hearing.

Dee-Dee Bailey (Channique Sterling-Brown) addresses the court and points out to the Judge that Justin has failed to attend.

Daisy delivers her statement, describing how Justin has made her life a misery.

Suddenly the door to the court opens and Justin enters. He tells the court that there seems to be some misunderstanding, he made friends with Daisy, he’s not a stalker. Will Daisy get the SPO?

Elsehwere, A hungover Amy Barlow (Elle Mulvaney) wakes up with no memory of how she got into bed.

As the youngsters meet at Speed Daal for lunch, Aaron Sandford (James Craven) tells Amy that things went too far and they shouldn’t have slept together.

Having made up with Summer Spellman (Harriet Bibby), Aaron catches up with Amy on the street and begs her to forget about their drunken sex.

When Amy asserts that she was far too drunk to consent, Aaron goes all out to convince Amy that she wanted sex as much as he did and they’re equally responsible for what happened.

Having had an awful night’s sleep and missed her lecture, Steve McDonald (Simon Gregson)worries about Amy.

Unable to come up with an excuse, Amy agrees to meet Summer for a drink but when she realises Aaron is there too, and has invited a mate, she makes excuses and leaves.

When Summer reveals that she’s hoping to go to Manchester University to be near Aaron, Amy bristles and advises her to look further afield, Summer’s bemused.

Making out that he was as drunk as she was, Aaron begs Amy not to tell Summer that they slept together.

Also, when Fiz (Jennie McAlpine) and Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall) pop home for a romantic lunch they find Hope Stape (Isabella Flanagan) there who’s skipped school.

As Fiz steps towards her, Hope flinches and begs her not to hit her.

Stunned Fiz and Tyrone accuse Beth Tinker (Lisa George) of slapping Hope then lying about it.

A contrite Beth hands Fiz a letter for Hope. Fiz reads it and promises to pass it on.

Meanwhile, on Maria Connor’s (Samia Longchambon) advice, Beth sets out to remind Kirk Sutherland (Andy Whyment) that she’s a good person underneath.

As she shows him some mementos from their relationship and tells him how much she loves him, Kirk’s touched, but asks for more time.

Also, Hope and Sam Blakeman (Jude Riordon) agree that they’re now boyfriend and girlfriend.

Coronation Street airs Monday, Wednesday and Friday on ITV1 and ITVX at 8pm
