Dancing On Ice fans disgusted as The Vivienne makes grim Slush Puppie reference

Dancing On Ice viewers were left feeling queasy at their TV screens after The Vivienne made a “disgusting” comment live on-air.

The 30-year-old drag queen was back on the ice for Sunday’s episode (February 12) of the hit ITV1 skating competition.

Taking to the rink with dance partner Colin Grafton, The Vivienne put on a mesmerising performance to Beyoncé’s smash hit Halo.

Donning a lilac shirt and matching trousers, the duo impressed the judges with their routine, bagging a score of 33.5 out of 40.

But shortly after his performance, The Vivienne, real name James Williams, came under fire from viewers at home.

Speaking to hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield, he admitted: “It’s been a really emotional week.

“Getting ready to do this without my armour and then hurting my shoulder this morning and then having some diarrhoea,” The Vivienne revealed.

The audience erupted with laughter, as Holly interjected: “It happens… it happens.”

“Never on the ice,” co-host Phillip chimed in, with the RuPaul’s Drag Race star then joking: “Nearly had a Slush Puppie!”

The Vivienne’s confession didn’t go amiss with viewers at home, with plenty taking to Twitter to share their disgust.

“The Vivienne… we didn’t need to know that,” raged one fan.

Another posted: “Far too much information! Slush Puppies LOL.”

“Will never look at Slush Puppie the same again,” proclaimed a third viewer.

Someone else added: “Can’t believe he’s saying he and diarrhoea and Slush Puppie.”

“That’s disgusting, gone off my dinner, thanks The Vivienne,” penned a fourth viewer.

In Sunday’s episode, Patsy Palmer was brutally axed after going up against Darren Harriott in the skate off.

After performing to Spice Up Your Life for Icon’s Week this week, the former EastEnders star narrowly missed out on performing next week in Musical Week.

Patsy and her professional partner Matt Evers danced to The Noisettes’ Never Forget You as they attempted to secure a place in next week’s show.

But when it came down to it, the judges chose to save Darren after his performance.

Dancing On Ice continues next Sunday at 6:25pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
