Davina McCall is no stranger to flaunting her fabulous figure online – and the ageless beauty was back at it again this week.
On Monday (March 6), the Masked Dancer judge, 55, sent her loyal legion of fans into a frenzy as she shared her latest workout clip online.
The mum-of-three’s photos regularly command the attention of her 1.6million followers, but her latest photo certainly struck a chord with fans.

Taking to Instagram, the mum-of-three could be seen working up a sweat as she shared her latest strength training workout routine online.

For the sporty post, the former Big Brother presenter opted for a white sports bra and a pair of light grey workout leggings which she finished with a pair of white trainers.
She pulled her luscious chocolate tresses up into a high ponytail to keep her hair out of her eyes as she burnt off hundreds of calories.
During her two-minute video, Davina could be seen jogging on the spot before moving into lunges and squats to the upbeat music.

She captioned the post: “I ‘did a Daniel’ … good strength training today … thank you @daniel_duckett_ and @ownyourgoalsdavina [four praise emojis].”
It didn’t take long before her loyal legion of fans flooded to the comments section to shower her in compliments immediately after posting.
One user penned: “Thank you Davina, totally ready for this workout [heart emoji]” as another agreed: “Never regret a workout that’s the truth! [muscle emoji, praise emoji].”
