Disney hires adult video actor for The Little Mermaid role in huge film blunder

It appears Disney bosses may have cast a male porn in the recent The Little Mermaid remake.

24-year-old Stefano Tomadini was part of the new Disney Princess film alongside singer and actress Halle Bailey.

He played a merman, but off the silver screen Tomadini has also starred in a number of not-so PG adult movies.

Under a different name, Stefano appeared in three porn videos as Dante Ferrari for which he was paid between £800 and £1000.

A film source spoke to The Sun about Tomadini’s cheeky past.

The insider said: “Casting bosses decided to hire a number of really sexy male models to play mermen in the movie.”

“They had no idea about Stefano’s racy videos and, given The Little Mermaid is the big summer blockbuster for kids, it’s a bit embarrassing for Disney.”

Over on his Instagram, Tomadinit has shared some snaps from his time on The Little Mermaid’s set.

While filming in Sardinia, Stefano captured some memories including a topless selfie.

In one of the captions, Stefano wrote: “Lifetime memories with lifetime friends,” and tagged the official Disney account.

He added a topless picture to his Instagram Story, in which he posed with two other mermen, and the image was screenshotted and shared on Twitter.

The Hollywood blockbuster was finally released on 26 May and fans across the world have been flocking to see the newest Disney adaptation in their millions.

Halle Bailey stars as the protagonist Ariel, which has made her a household name with young fans everywhere.

Before The Little Mermaid, Halle was already an established pop singer as a duo with her sister Chloe.

The all-star cast also includes some other huge names like Melissa McCarthy as the sea witch Ursula.

After promo snaps for the film were released, Disney makeup artists were slated for their attempt at Ursula’s makeup, which was branded uneven and considered sloppy by many fans.

The film’s makeup artist responded to the backlash and said: “I didn’t really draw on anything. I played around quite a lot with different colours, different shapes and stuff. I was just sort of Melissa and I talking and creating, so I didn’t really draw on anything at all.”
