In a candid interview on This Morning, Emma admitted that Mel is the worst when it comes to keeping things hush-hush.

“Mel B, Scary Spice, she is the worst. She gets really excited and then forgets she’s not supposed to tell,” Emma shared with a laugh. “She’s the one you have to be careful with.”

Emma also talked about her experience as a mum and how it’s influenced her parenting style.

She credits her own mother with teaching her the importance of being kind and empathetic, values that she’s tried to instill in her own children.

She also emphasized the importance of teaching kids how to deal with life’s challenges.

“I think it’s really important to give children the tools to be able to handle anything that comes their way. It’s not always going to be easy,” Emma said.

“So for me, it’s about giving them the strength and the knowledge and the empathy to be able to cope with whatever life throws at them.”
