GMB star urges Kate Garraway to don racy leather look for BRITs after awards night snub

Good Morning Britain’s Kate Garraway has been urged to dress up in in leather, by her co-star Adil Ray.

The much-loved presenter chatted about her weekend plans on Friday’s programme (February 10) as she gets ready for the BRIT Awards.

However, it seems as if she was the only one who got the invite through the post – with Adil being left off the VIP list.

This didn’t stop Kate debating what to wear on the big night out – which resulted in a rather racy idea.

Kate said: “I’ve been looking through my outfits – do you go safe and sensible or do you unleash insanity?”

“Go for it, go wild, get the leather out!” said Adil.

Kate scoffed: “There’s wild, then there is ill-advised.

“Are you unleashing the crazy?”

Adil responded: “I’m not going I’ll sit at home in my leathers and watch it on the sofa.”

During the show, viewers at home shared their thoughts on social media, with many gushing over lovely Kate.

One fan wrote: “#GMB that Kate Garraway is still the best looking woman on the morning. Xx”

Another added: “Kate you look absolutely stunning. #goodmorningbritain #GMB”

This comes after GMB host Ed Balls apologised to ITV viewers this week after making a big error.

This happened while he was discussing the earthquakes in Turkey and Syria.

lt all went wrong on GMB when he discussed the death toll, after The Mirror’s Kevin Maguire noted that the earthquake had already killed double the number of the 9/11 disaster.

Kevin said: “Sometimes when I go to football or the rugby and you look at the stadium, and there will be 40,000 people there and you think ‘that section is already gone’. Died.”

MP Ed then compared the death toll to the capacity of Wembley Stadium, which is 90k.

He said: “It’s already 80 Wembley stadiums that have died already.”

But Kevin looked baffled as it would have put the death toll into millions.

Then realising he’d majorly mixed up his figures, Ed added: “No, no, no, I’ve got that wrong. That was my mistake. Bad calculations. Sorry, sorry, sorry.”
