I’m A Celebrity’s Ant McPartlin’s distracts ITV viewers with his ‘bizarre’ outfit choice

I’m A Celebrity…South Africa fans are up in arms after host Ant McPartlin sported a “bizarre” outfit choice on tonight’s episode (May 8).

The dynamic duo, who have fronted the show since it began in 2002, turned up in force to welcome Olympic champion Fatima Whitbread to begin her trial, which saw her descended into the water in a cage as she tried to find open a series of padlocks.

But as she took on the treacherous task, it was Ant’s outfit that really had viewers attention.

“I don’t like Ants shirt,” added another, as a third penned: “Look at Ants shirt,” followed by a shocked face.

Others disagreed, with one fan complimenting his look.

“That’s a nice shirt Ant is wearing at the trial.”

The hosts later confirmed that Janice Dickinson had to leave the camp after falling and injuring herself on a rock.

Janice received medical attention before leaving the show.

“Sadly Janice had to leave camp during the night as she had a fall and was unable to return,” Dec said as Ant confirmed that she was doing well and had left a message for her fellow campmates to say goodbye after her departure.

Following Janice’s exit, her campmates expressed their sadness at her departure, with Joe admitting that he had a regret that they had a fight the day before.

Janice also left a heartfelt message for her campmates, thanking them for an extraordinary experience and calling them her new BFFs and loves of her life. However, she also had a message for Joe, expressing her disappointment and anger towards him.

“I could have been the one to be second runner up or even win this series because I was just so steadfast and physiological with it. I was just waiting and biding my time with it all. I did my fair share in standing up, falling down,” she said.

“Getting my face in the dirt. I felt like they could have possibly cleaned my wounds and set me back on my path in there. But Production made the right decision, in the end, to not send me back in.”

She added: “I’m just sad it ended that way. I think I could have gone back in and gone on further,” she said.

I’m A Celebrity… South Africa airs Monday to Friday on ITV1 and ITVX at 9pm
