Katie Price is reportedly boosting the security at her house

It seems she’s doing everything she can to make her home safe as a source The Sun: “Katie wants to go all out and turn her mansion into a fortress.”

It’s been alleged that Katie is aiming to install a panic room, an eight-foot-high fence, state of the art CCTV and employ a top-level security team who will be at her beck and call and regularly visit the property.

The source added: “Without Blade, she no longer has a protective barrier between her and would-be intruders, and she’s determined to put that right as soon as possible.

“None of this is cheap. It’s a huge amount of money, given Katie’s much-publicised financial issues.

“But there is the added benefit that the measures should put an end to any more of her animals escaping.”

It’s alleged that the installation costs could run as high as £100,000.

Concerned about what happened to the dog, the RSPCA went to Katie’s house to assess the situation.

Updating fans, Katie said: “Update, RSPCA have been up to my house not having any concerns about my animals and never have or had.

“But we are trying to put together how Blade has been killed, and his last steps as this is a deliberate target to kill him.”

Katie Price claimed her dog Blade was killed

After the late dog was handed into Grove Lodge Veterinary Group, the animal lovers had the horrible job of announcing the sad news to the public.

In a statement, they confirmed: “Unfortunately, we have had a large shepherd dog handed into our OOH team last night.

“Found on the A24 near dial post. The dog does not have a microchip, however, was wearing a brown Louis Vuitton collar.”

Just seven months ago, Katie’s pomeranian, passed away on the exact same road where Blade sadly lost his life.

A driver, gutted with what he’d seen, took the pet to Arun Vets in Pulborough, West Sussex, who confirmed the death.
