A Place In The Sun star Laura Hamilton is currently enjoying a sun soaked holiday in Dubai with her children.
Sharing details of her idyllic trip with her 176,000 followers, the Channel 4 star took to Instagram and posted a video as she worked out on the beach.
Wearing a nude and white striped bikini, the presenter unleashed her phenomenal physique as she enlisted the help of her son, Rocco, to spot her as she lifted weights.

The video perfectly captured Laura’s sculpted abs and toned arms as she worked up a sweat in the Middle Eastern heat.
The mother-of-two kept her hair away from her face with a white headband and added a pair of black sunglasses to shield her eyes from the blazing sun.

She captioned the video: “Workout buddies this morning on the beach”.
Laura’s swooning fans were floored by the jaw-dropping display, with many claiming she had broken the internet with the video.
One person wrote: “You’ll break the internet… #AndRightlySo”.
“My god that body is all that needs to be said,” added a second as another exclaimed: “That wins the Internet today”.

This comes after the blonde beauty teased her fans with an exciting new project, sharing some behind the scenes snaps on Instagram.
With a film and lighting crew in her home, Laura explained how she was filming something in her lounge.

Sitting on a footstool in the middle of her lavish living room, the property expert could be seen dancing around as a camera panned around her room.
Alongside the snap she penned: “This morning it was great to be able to use my home as a location for filming!”
But it seems what garnered the most attention was in fact Laura’s feet as fans took to the comments to label them as “sexy” and “lovely”.
