Love Island star regrets talking about Dami’s manhood after igniting feud

Love Island’s Summer Botwe has claimed she regrets talking about Dami Hope’s manhood on a podcast.

Upon leaving the villa, Summer says she did a lot of podcasts with people who didn’t have her “best intentions at heart”.

The TV star made the comment that Dami’s manhood was a “grower” which angered fans and his co-star girlfriend Indiyah Polack.

Indiyah then spoke out online biting back at the comment which surged more fans to throw shade at Summer.

Talking about the comment, Summer exclusively said: “At this point, now I understand both sides, but I think from doing podcasts and things like that after coming out, you have to be careful who you are going on with as people don’t always have your best intentions at heart.”

“If I slowed down for a minute and could go back and change those things I would but it is all blown over and I’m on a different path now.

“I saw Dami out once and we said ‘hi’ but I haven’t seen Indiyah or had any contact with her. I’m sure if we see each other there would be no bad blood, and it’s been a year since the show so.”

Summer entered the villa in the summer 2022 series as a Casa Amor bombshell, which she said came with its difficulties.

After managing to turn Dami’s head and walk into the main villa with him, the happy times, unfortunately, didn’t last as he went back to his previous partner in the main villa, Indiyah.

Summer said: “I think when you go into Casa, you are going to be a villain regardless of what happens because you have to break up a couple.

“And with that happening you’re already a villain and when you come out things that are said the public will take and twist and change and have their own opinion on it.

“As a Casa person, we aren’t public favourites and unfortunately, the couple I broke up are a very strong couple and have a very big social media presence.

“So, I think the backlash and death threats came from their fans.”
