Love Island’s Tanya Manhenga has confused ITV viewers with her “changing” accent.
The biomedical science student and influencer has been turning heads in the winter Love Island villa.

But also confusing fans at home, with some taking to social media to share their thoughts.
One fan said: “Why does Tanya’s accent change every minute #LoveIsland”
A second added: “Where is Tanya’s accent from? It’s beautiful it has an African twang, I just don’t know what country #LoveIsland”
While a third penned: “Tanya has the most weird scouse accent I’ve ever heard. It’s like half scouse half cockney wtf? #LoveIsland #loveisland”

“Why has Tanya’s accent suddenly changed from Scouse to American?” shared a fourth.
A fifth put: “I have a more scouse accent than Tanya. She cannot be from Liverpool #LoveIsland”
Others quizzed “what accent does Tanya have?” and “is Tanya really scouse though? can’t put my finger on that accent at all.”

Whereas another typed: “Tanya’s accent randomly travels to South Africa every now and then Hamba Wena #LoveIsland.”
This comes after ex-Islander Lacey Edwards called out Haris Namani’s shoe size “ick”.
Haris revealed he finds women with size five and above feet a turn-off on the show.
However, Lacey, 23, told us exclusively: “I actually saw that on Instagram and I thought are you joking? Number one, it really made me question how small his feet are.
“Like if you think size five feet on a girl is small then what are you? A size seven? I wouldn’t really be boasting about that as that means you’ve got very small feet and you know what they say about men with small feet…
“It comes from his insecurity, he’s insecure, he’s a size six really and he just doesn’t want anyone to know.”
