Love Island beauty Jess Harding has taken a brutal swipe at ex Sammy Root and made her feelings very clear after their split.
The duo won this summer’s series of the ITV2 show but split just weeks after taking home the £50,000 prize. And now, Jess, 22, has taken another swipe after being the one to confirm their split.
Clearly ready to move on already, the blonde bombshell has deleted all of the photos of her and Sammy from her Instagram. She had already deleted a Reel featuring their best bits from the show.

For now, they still follow each other on Instagram – but that may change. Last weekend, Sammy was seen cosying up to fellow Islander Faye Winter at the Pride Of Britain awards.

There’s no suggestion anything happened between them, however they were seen leaving together and Sammy put his arm around Faye. Jess had also been at the annual event, which came just days after she confirmed her split from Sammy.
Sammy later spoke out on social media, admitting he had been “blindsided” by the announcement of their split. He said: “To be totally clear – I at least wanted a face to face conversation to see if our relationship could be saved and felt this would be a respectful way forward.

“We had the most incredible experience winning Love Island and I genuinely saw a future with Jess. I was committed and respectful to our relationship. Unfortunately things don’t always work out the way you’d hoped.”
Jess has spoken about the split on social media too. She said in a Q&A on Instagram: “It’s been over a week now since we split so I’m getting there.
“We shared a once-in-a-lifetime experience together so of course I’m sad. I really don’t want to go into detail by doing a big statement but we’re just very different and behave differently and that’s it.”
