One Hollywood intimacy coordinator has laid bare a filming trick used in filming sex scenes – confirming that some flicks use prosthetic nipples so stars don’t have to bare their own.
Sexpert Jessica Steinrock has been breaking down the sex scenes in hit Netflix film 365 Days, and in particular a racy aeroplane sex scene.
Just minutes after Anna-Maria Sieklucka’s character Laura Biel got steamy – and dripping wet – in the shower with Michele Morrone’s character Massimo Torricelli, before he headed off on a flight.

And, surprise, things didn’t stay SFW for long.

Now intimacy coordinator Jessica has explained how she would have gone about creating the intimate scene.
She explained in a TikTok video: “The airplane scene! She is buckled in tightly. Generally a stunt coordinator would be present for something like that – safety first!”
The Hollywood sexpert added: “The first bit of the scene involved some chest stuff. Regulations around chests are really weird, very strange and very gendered, and I don’t love it.
“If I were intimacy coordinating that scene, the thing I would recommend is prosthetic nipples. I’ve talked about [pasties] a lot before: they’re silicone, but they also make them with little nipples on them!

“The reason I’d suggest something like this is because the scene is really focused on stimulating that area. Having a prosthesis would mean it was safer for both actors, and it would limit sensation while still allowing for that very graphic moment.”
Jessica went on to explain: “Later in the scene we do see a hand going into the pants. In doing so, the hand probably goes into the pants but then towards one thigh or the other.
“Basically, if it’s out of frame you can’t quite tell where the wrist is. I’d still recommend she have some kind of barrier for sensation protection.”
Plenty of stars have opted for the false nipple route over the years, including Marvel star Sebastian Stan.

While portraying Pamela Anderson’s ex Tommy Lee, the star went for silicone prosthetics which included fake piercings, attached alongside the fake tattoos.
Sebastian told Vanity Fair that he briefly considered piercing his own nips, but explained: “I saw a video of [Tommy] actually talking about piercing your nipples and how apparently it’s like one of the most painful things you can do.
“I thought, like that’s probably going to be more traumatic than helpful, like, no.”
