Fashion icon Victoria Beckham showcased her gruelling workout routine alongside her youngest daughter, Harper as they enjoyed a luxurious holiday together.
Pictured in the gym of their holiday home in Canada, Victoria, 49, and 12-year-old daughter Harper Seven were seen sweating through- what looked to be an intense routine.
The mother-daughter duo trained virtually with Victoria’s personal trainer and former judo champion Bobby Rich.

In the clip which was uploaded to Instagram, Victoria and Harper used gym machines to work their core.
During their workout, Victoria pushed through kneeling weighted ab curls while Harper could be seen using a cabled machine for lateral wood chops.

“Remote work out with @mrbobbyrich,” Victoria captioned the video, which was shared on her Instagram Story.
The proud mum then added: “Check out my little gym partner on the cable machine!!! #harperseven.”
In the short video clip, a split screen on a laptop showed Victoria moving from side to side and downward with the equipment from the cable machine.
Meanwhile, an active Harper swung from left to right with another cable machine in a different location.

Gym trainer Bobby could be seen in the corner of the screen, as he coached the pair virtually.
For her intense workout, Victoria wore a black sports bra and matching training gloves while Harper wore black shorts and a light-colored top.
Apart from keeping fit, the Beckham family have made the most of their active vacation in Canada as mother-of-four Victoria went on to share numerous images of herself and her family enjoying their time away.
In one of her posts, the Spice Girl could be seen water skiing while also spending time on the yacht with her friends, children and hubby David.
Captioning the post, she wrote: “The most perfect few days in Muskoka with beautiful friends.”
Heading straight to the comment section, fans shared their thoughts on Victoria’s gorgeous display, while complimenting her water-sports skills.
One social media user wrote: “There is nothing better than feeling blessed, right in that moment, no.”
Another penned: “Good on you @victoriabeckham enjoy every moment in beautiful Muskoka, the Lakeland playland.”
A third shared: “My brain cannot comprehend Posh Spice on vacation in Ontario lol I love it.”
While a fourth added: “Enjoy beautiful Muskoka! You look like a natural on the water skis!”
