It comes after the Amanda and Alan put their Tuscan townhouse, which they bought for €2, up for sale. The dynamic duo listed their infamous property after transforming it on their hit BBC series Amanda & Alan’s Italian Job.

After just three weeks of being listed on Rightmove, the 17th century three floor townhouse has already topped the site’s most viewed home. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom home is currently up for sale for €220,000 (approximately £187,300).

Nestled right in the heart of the village of Fornovolasco, the home overlooks the Turrite di Petrosciana river, boasting magnificent views of the rapids and towering mountains. During the latest episode of the show, Amanda became emotional as she opened up about her daughters hitting a huge milestone.

The star is a doting mum to Lexi, 18, and Hollie, 11, who she shares with husband Chris Hughes. And she is already dreading the day her two girls move out of their family home.

She confessed to Alan: “When your children, when they leave home, you then only spend like a year of your live with them – ever again. And they say you have 18 summers and then you’re lucky to see them.

“Oh my God! I know, but it’s so terrible because you wish so much of it away. When you’re a busy parent, you just go, ‘Oh, God’, or you’re like, ‘Shush’, or, ‘Hurry up’, or, ‘What?’, or ‘You’re on the phone’, or you’re cooking dinner or something goes wrong.

“It’s like, ‘Don’t interrupt me’.” The star struggled to hold back tears as she added: “I spent my life going, ‘Hurry up, don’t interrupt’. And then you go, ‘Oh, my gosh’, and then they turn round and they’re not even there and they’ve gone.”
