BBC Breakfast’s Naga Munchetty told she ‘looks half her age’ in sweaty selfie

Naga Munchetty was told she looked so good she could be in her 20s as she shared a hot and sweaty post-workout selfie.

The BBC Breakfast star, 48, was inundated with compliments from her army of fans after she shared the picture showing her after what looked like a gruelling exercise session. Posted on Instagram, the image showed the presenter in a tight turquoise vest as she finished up at the gym.

She wasn’t wearing any make-up and her face – although damp with sweat – shone with a post-workout glow. Naga’s huge brown eyes sparkled and she had a slight smile on her lips as she snapped the cute shot.

The TV star confessed that she hadn’t been in the mood for it but was pleased she’d got it done, telling her followers: “Didn’t want to do it. Did it anyway. Glad I did.” She added that she was then heading off for a round of golf.

While Naga may not have been up for a workout, her admirers said it was clearly well worth it given how great she looked afterwards. One said she looked “beautiful”, adding: “Keep it up. It’s partly why you look half your age!”

“Well done Naga looking stunning,” said someone else, as another of her fans posted that she had “eyes that melt hearts”. “looking amazing Naga,” another fan wrote, while several dropped fire emojis.

“So incredibly beautiful,” gushed another of Naga’s 66,000 followers on the platform. Somebody else commented: “Saw this, and I can relate mate… I am motivated by champions, I am motivated by people like yourself because you make no excuses to get things done. Well done mate… I am in your corner.”

“Well done Naga, keep on going,” said someone else. Another viewer chimed in: “You always do what you say you would do Naga – well done you.”

One said the presenter was “an inspiration”. “Love watching Naga on TV, she is the best,” one viewer penned. “Always worth the effort and burn,” said someone else.
