Coronation Street’s Lauren Bolton’s mystery O-Vidz subscriber is set to be exposed on the soap next week.
The character, played by Cait Fitton, has been causing trouble on the cobbles ever since she arrived in November last year. And over on the soap at the moment, things have taken a dramatic dramatic turn.
Fans will recall how Lauren joined O-Vidz last year. O-Vidz is a fictional subscription-based content creation website – that follows a similar format to real-life OnlyFans.

However, Lauren’s O-Vidz account was banned as she was underage. She was caught by Ryan Connor (Ryan Prescott) who also used to post vids on the racy site.

But in episodes this month, Lauren admitted to logging back up and flogging her saucy pics in a bid to make money for an energy bill as well as books to revise for her exams.
There has been a ton of mystery recently surrounding Lauren and her ‘boyfriend.’ In recent months she has hidden away her so-called beau who has been helping her out financially until she cut him off last month.
Last week, things took a worrying turn when she appeared to go missing from Weatherfield. After getting fired from the cafe, pal Bobby Crawford (Jack Carroll) headed to her flat but found it was unlocked. He headed inside but it was empty and Lauren was nowhere to be seen.
And in episodes next week, viewers learn about an O-Vids member who was subscribed to Lauren’s account. In a bid to find Lauren, Bobby records an appeal with Suki from the Gazette in the cafe. Suki interviews Roy too, but his appeal is underwhelming and Bobby listens in despair.

Evelyn Plummer then apologetically tells Roy that she’s had to let Lauren’s flat go as the landlord found out she’d been sub-letting it. Roy assures her that Lauren will be fine and he’s convinced that she’s started afresh somewhere new.
When Roy finds out that Evelyn is going to get charged for the terrible state Lauren’s flat has been left in he takes responsibility. He then cleans up it but Bobby is deeply suspicious.
Especially when he discovers Roy in the flat going through Lauren’s things. Bobby calls at No.8 and fills Max Turner (Paddy Bever) in on his search for Lauren.
When Max reveals that Lauren had two O-Vidz accounts and Ryan reported her for the first one, Bobby’s intrigued. He then tells Carla Connor (Alison King) and Ryan that someone called DirtyNigel54 posted online that they’ve spotted Lauren and he’s off to meet them to find out more.
