Bam Margera’s fans are concerned for the Jackass star after a nasty injury left him in hospital.
The legendary prankster shared a video of himself skateboarding as he landed a flip but his foot slipped off the board, causing the MTV icon’s legs to painfully split apart. One foot was on the moving skateboard while the other remained on the ground.
In an accompanying picture, Margera sat in a wheelchair next to a hospital bed as he held a pair of crutches in his hands. The TV star looked off to the side as he smiled cheekily and extended his left leg out in front of him to show the black knee brace he’d been given.

Bam took things easy in a black hoodie, blue shorts and black socks as he rested in the wheelchair. Someone stood beside him with their hand on his arm as they engaged in conversation.

Margera took to Instagram to share the images from his accident and informed his 2.7 million followers of the unfortunate mishap. In the caption, Bam wrote that he was suffering from a “torn MCL,” which is the medial collateral ligament, which he sustained from the skateboarding incident.
Fans rushed to the comment section to wish the Jackass star well, while many urged him to “stay off the pain medication”. One fan wrote: “F***…here come the pills and booze… don’t do it, Bam [crying emoji].

Another comment read: “Pain meds incoming. Hope he has support,” while underneath, a loyal fan typed: “This is going to be the ultimate test for you bro…please no pain pills,” with a line of praying emojis.
A fan gave him tips on how to pass the time while in recovery – “eat good and write a trick list” – as others said that the video was “painful” to watch. Someone wrote that they were hoping he will “heal up quick” while another person quipped that Bam “isn’t 20 anymore”.

One person even joked: “Thought bro lost a leg for a second,” as his right leg was obscured in the hospital snap, while another said that he “can’t catch a break”. Fans are concerned for the Jackass icon as Bam has openly struggled with drugs and alcohol throughout his life.
