Katie Price car collection ‘taken by bailiffs’ after owing ex over sex tape leak

Katie Price was dealt another major blow after her impressive car collection was taken by bailiffs.

The Mucky Mansion star had her collection cleared out during her bankruptcy battle. Bailiffs arrived to recoup large debts she owed to her ex-husband Alex Reid.

Katie had been ordered to pay Alex £250,000 four years ago after there was an alleged leak of a sex tape. However, she is yet to pay it back.

Bailiffs were spotted arriving at the countryside property and appeared to take a number of vehicles as part of their haul. Only three vehicles remained outside of her home after eight had been pictured outside her property before the visit.

Daily Star reached out to Katie’s reps for comment.

Katie, 45, and Alex, 48, from 2010 to 2012, but things turned sour between the pair when they ended. Alex took the TV star to court and won his case after she allegedly leaked a sex tape and photos of the former MMA star.

So, he sued his ex-wife for “distributing private information – some of it of a sexual nature” which he claimed “violated his right to privacy”. The former glamour model was accused of playing an explicit video clip of Alex while shooting an episode of Celebrity Big Brother’s Bit On The Side.

Katie dodged a court hearing for the sixth time as a judge tried to bring her bankruptcy case to an end. Katie, who has racked up debts of £3.2million, had recently dodged a court hearing for the sixth time as a judge tried to bring her bankruptcy case to a conclusion.

She has been desperately trying to save her famous £2million Sussex mansion though legal notices placed on the property stop her from selling the home herself.

In September last year, Katie was supposed to tell the court how she was aiming to pay her debts and prove to the court that she needed property for her work.

However, as she logged on via video link she instead ranted about other people on the call, before the hearing could officially start, leading her case to be adjourned.
