Love Island couple in shock split just weeks after reaching All Stars final

Love Island All Stars couple Georgia Steel and Toby Aromolaran have split.

The pair have called off their romance just one month after making it to the final of the star-studded spin-off of the ITV dating show. Fans of the show had been skeptical about their relationship after watching them clash frequently on the show.

A source told The Sun: “It’s true they have split. Toby was the one who called it a day and it came completely out of the blue for Georgia.

They added: “She feels completely blindsided and gutted. She thought things were going really well for them, so it’s been a real blow.”

The pair had got together before reuniting in the villa in January and coupling up. They competed together on Love Island Games but their romance fizzled out.

Georgia has since confirmed the split, saying she has been taken by “complete surprise” by it. She wrote on Instagram: “After seeing the reports regarding my relationship with Toby, I feel it’s only right for me to be transparent and truthful with you all.

“It is true Toby has called things off. It has taken me by complete surprise and I’m still trying to process it and come to terms with it all. They say some people are in your life for a lifetime and some just for a chapter.”

Georgia had revealed that she and Toby hadn’t made it official and that she feared the backlash from the public would affect their relationship. She told The Sun: “I was a bit worried that all the hate would affect our relationship.

“I thought, ‘I hope Toby is not reading that, I hope it won’t influence how he feels about me.’ She continued: “We aren’t official yet. We are ‘locked in’ still.

“I like it that way at the moment. I want to embrace our time on the outside together and have fun. I think it’s definitely going in that direction, I couldn’t imagine him not in my life, but I just want to not put pressure on it”.

In the villa, Toby was the one who put the breaks on his romance with Georgia, explaining he wanted to get to know other people. Georgia explored things with Callum and winner Tom Clare before Toby changed his mind and won her over.

He had been with Arabella, who entered as a bombshell, but called things off with her. In his declarations of love, Toby said: “I feel like the way we’ve been progressing in here, I don’t think it can really be matched.

“We’ve gone through so much in different ways that people can’t even imagine…the bond I feel like we have is so solid and cemented that nothing can knock us…”
