Love Island’s Hannah Elizabeth told co-stars Hugh Hefner ‘wasn’t a sh***er’ in cheeky quip

Hannah Elizabeth told her Love Island co-stars that Hugh Hefner was not a “s****er” in an old clip that has surfaced online.

Elizabeth, 33, is returning to the hit ITV dating show as she tries her luck at a second shot at finding love. She will be joined by her fellow All-Stars cast including Georgia Harrison, Jake Cornish and Chris Taylor.

The Scouser first made an appearance on the show all the way back when the series was first revived back in 2015. In the first series to feature civilians, Hannah – then aged 24, made headlines when her former life as a Playboy bunny came to light.

She also helped to fan the flames of the story when she indulged her fellow Islanders into life at the Playboy mansion. In the clip that came to light ahead of her going in for her second stint on the show, Hannah revealed all about her time in the luxury pad.

Whilst tucking into breakfast with her fellow contestants, Elizabeth said she was a regular at the mansion. She also revealed that then-owner Hugh Hefner was long past his partying prime.

Hannah was asked whether she did she did modelling for Playboy, to which she said yes. Someone else, curious about her career, asked: “Have you been to the mansion?”

Hannah responded: “Yeah, I go every year!” triggering gasps from the fellow contestants. “I’m going in August, I can’t wait!”

Continuing on she delved further: “I’m the only little Scouse bunny but no one understands a word I’m saying. Out there, I’ll say like, ‘I need a ciggy’ and they’ll be like, ‘a f***ing what?'”

Attention then turned to the now late Hugh, who owned the mansion and earned a reputation as a ladies’ man, living it up in his lavish lodgings. But Hannah was quick to dismiss his suave front, recalling when he made a brief appearance at a party.

Hannah commented on the legend during her stint in 2015, prior to his death, as she said: “Hugh Hefner’s not a s****er now, I promise you,” she quipped. “You know those parties and that, he’ll come down literally with his bird for ten minutes and then he’ll go to bed.”

She said that that despite this, the Bunnies will continue to live it up. “Everyone else will be like having some sick party, but he’ll show his face and then go up.”

Hannah would eventually go on to finish as the runner-up with then-partner Jon Clark. The pair had gotten engaged on the show and had been loved up, but eventually called time on their relationship, leaving her free to make a return to the villa in time for the All Stars series.

Love Island: All Stars kicks off on Monday (January 15) at 9pm on ITV1, ITV2 and ITVX.
