Megan Fox is “gatekeeping” one major plastic surgery procedure.
She told Call Her Daddy: “I had my boobs done when I was 21 or 22, I had them redone after I was done breastfeeding my kids because I don’t know where they went! Then I had to have them redone recently because I didn’t have enough body fat to disguise the rippling of the implants.”
She went on to say that she also “had her nose done in her early 20s” and hasn’t had a rhinoplasty “in a decade”. Megan also agreed she’d had botox and filler, but there’s “one thing she’s gatekeeping” and won’t reveal to the world.

In the clip, Megan asked Alex whether she could “talk about plastic surgery” and said she will be “going through all the things she’s had done” as there is “stigma” around the topic. Fox hoped that her public admission “will set some people free” and continued: “There’s things I haven’t done that I’ve been accused of doing. I’ll confirm. I’ve never had any facelift of any kind, so no mid-facelift, no lateral brow lift – although I would like one – and no regular brow lift.”

She went on to say that she hasn’t had any “threads” but admits to “researching” into them and said she is “tempted to have her eyebrows snatched” as she “wants that look sometimes”. Fox then said she hasn’t had buccal fat removal and will “never have any fat removed” as she is “a lean person who doesn’t have any body fat in her face,” so she will only ever “put fat in and not out”.

The Transformers actress admitted to “no liposuction or contouring” and joked that she would be “so flattered if someone thought she had a BBL” but she “doesn’t have the extra body fat” for the procedure.
Megan also said that she has clicked on messages with a “particularly cruel” tone and when she “clicks on their page,” the actress discovers that they are a “women’s life coach” who offers “crystal healing” and “tantric life lessons”.

Fox noted the hypocrisy of the person “in her comments, crucifying her for being plastic”. Megan went on to praise Kylie Jenner for being “transparent” about her plastic surgery procedures over the years and branded her a “beautiful, healthy young gorgeous girl”.
