Piers Morgan claims he’d ‘never forgive’ Prince Harry over ‘treasonous’ behaviour

Piers Morgan has once again laid into the Sussexes.

He has claimed if he was Prince William he’d never forgive his brother’s “treasonous” behaviour. The relationship between William and his wife Kate Middleton has been under intense scrutiny this year, particularly in the wake of the Princess of Wales’ now infamous doctored Mother’s Day photo.

Former Good Morning Britain presenter Piers alluded to that in his latest rant, saying Wills and Kate have had to “silently endure” being “repeatedly attacked” – all whilst Harry and Meghan “sling putrid garbage” in the Royals’ direction.

Talk TV’s Piers went on to slam the Duke and Duchess’ Oprah Winfrey “whine-a-thon” and the release of the former’s tell-all memoir, Spare last year, claiming it was all an attempt to “destroy” the reputation of the Monarchy and the Royal Family.

“It’s all very sad,” explained the 58-year old. “I know it would break their late mother Diana’s heart to see her two beloved sons so estranged they can’t even pay tribute to her memory at the same time. He continued in his Sun column: “And yes, I know lots of people wish William could find it in his bruised, angry heart to be the bigger man and forgive Harry. But honestly, if one of my two brothers had done to me and my family what the treasonous Duke of Hypocrisy has done to his family, there’s not a cat in hell’s chance of me ever forgiving them.”

Piers went on to blast Harry and Meghan for speeding the last few years “lining their pockets” all whilst the Royals were having to deal with the passing of both Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Phillip and the public chastising of King Charles and Queen Camilla.

He then praised William for reacting only once – to the Oprah interview – after which he snapped, “we’re much not a racist family.” Piers went onto claim that since then the future king’s “cold fury” has only “intensified” and he should therefore not just simply “forgive and forget”.

In an uncharacteristic showing of support towards Harry on Thursday, however, Piers admitted he agreed with claims the Sussexes’ team had made surrounding the Kate image scandal.

Speaking on his YouTube show Uncensored, he said he’d heard the team believe “all hell would have broken loose” if Harry and Meghan had made an embarrassing Kate-gate style mistake by publishing a clearly-edited image. “If they have said that, it’s a perfectly valid point,” he agreed.
