Supersex is ‘Netflix’s most explicit show’ with 50 ‘boundary pushing’ sex scenes

Supersex has been branded Netflix’s sauciest show so far.

The seven part series follows Rocco Siffredi, one of the world’s most famous porn stars who has filmed over 1300 adult movies. It has been reported that throughout the show, which is set to air on Netflix, there are 50 “boundary pushing sex scenes”.

Alessandro Borghi, who plays Siffredi in Supersex, spoke to Variety about filming the super steamy moments and according to the star, all 50 took 95 days to capture. He said: “It was funny because the first couple of weeks we were all a little uneasy and then the third week, we just stood there naked looking at scenes on the monitor. So, something must have worked.”

During one scene, Siffredi “proceeds to have rough sex in front of a throng of cheering journalists and fans” after an aspiring porn actress asks Rocco to help her break into the adult film industry ahead of his retirement.

Siffredi retired from the industry back in 2004 but decided to give porn another chance just five years later. After another long stint in the X-rated film industry, Rocco reportedly decided to take another break in 2022.

Fans have been left gobsmacked over the explicit scenes

The series follows Rocco from his humble beginnings growing up on the Italian coast, all the way through his career in the NSFW industry. He recently spoke to The Independent about his career woes and explained: “I was scared because I started in a business where everybody said: “What the f*** are you doing? Then, they go to my family: “Why did you let him do this?” I said: “I want to be this guy, I want to do this all my life. I will never change.”

The 50 sex scenes reportedly took almost 100 days to film

Filmmaker Francesca Manieri, who helped bring Supersex to life, also spoke to the publication about her project. She said: “Rocco Siffredi is an emblem, he’s an icon, he is the cock of the Western culture. My goal was to put men in front of themselves. This is what we call the phallocentric system, the system in which the d*** is the centrum of the thought before everything.”
