I'm A Celeb Danny Miller's online rants – foul-mouthed outburst to 'ending career'

Danny Miller may be all smiles after landing in the I’m A Celeb camp, but the actor may prove that he’s not someone who fits in with the crowd.

The Emmerdale star, best recognised as on-screen persona Aaron Dingle, has often shared his true thoughts online on numerous occasions, embarking upon scathing rants on Twitter.

Fans of the hit ITV endurance show will be hoping sparks could fly as the series goes on thanks to his occasional short fuse.

Here Daily Star takes a look at some of his more controversial posting on the social media site which has seen him catch the attention of his fans and critics alike.

British Soap Awards snub

Shocking footage of Danny ranting on Instagram sparked concern with his fans when he held a live stream for almost half an hour where he declared: “F*** the Soap Awards.”

The actor was out to dinner with friends when he began a spiralling tirade sparked by the username of one of his followers he repeatedly mis-pronounced as “trans Simon”, declaring his career was over in between.

He also called the social media user a “boring little man”, a “s***house” and a “f***ing idiot” before telling him to “f*** off”.

The rant continued despite his friends urging him to leave the fan alone as he retorted: “No, I won’t leave him alone.”

He also labelled other followers as “s***houses” during the bizarre video, as well as shouting at other restaurant-goers: “Get out the shot, I’ve got a British Soap Award.”

He then claimed he was only joking and apologised – before continuing his display.

He said: “British Soap Awards I remember when we used to be friends. I used to turn up every year and win something but now… Let’s talk about the Soap Awards nominees…”

He asked his friends why they ‘hadn’t stopped him’ yet

Turning to his friends, he then asked: “Why have you not stopped me yet, this could be my career over? Why haven’t you stopped me yet?”

He then exclaimed: “Remember when Danny Miller lost his mind?” as he began singing.

Reading out a fan’s comment Danny said: “You should win a Soap Award,” he then continued: “I know I keep saying this to the Soap Awards every year, you’re so right.

“F*** the Soap Awards.”

He then wrapped up: “Do you remember the end of Danny Miller’s career?”

Love Island

Earlier this year Danny mocked Love Island star Faye Winter and her fellow contestants branding them “b***ends” on Twitter.

He slammed the entire concept of the show – as well as Faye’s lipstick – as he admitted thinking finding love in the villa was near enough impossible

He wrote: “We live in a world where our younger generation are pushed to ‘find love’ in a villa with the biggest bunch of b***ends you’d ever meet in your life.

“Aged 24 and ‘found love’ on a TV show with a girl who has 72 different shades of lipstick colours that make you want to give up.”

After furious backlash, Danny ended up deleting the series of tweets.

Danny plays Aaron Dingle in Emmerdale, who is gay, and famously had a relationship with Robert Sugden.

The actor confessed he was often hit with homophobic messages, but claimed Twitter had stated they were not offensive.

In a scathing rant, he wrote: “Honestly Twitter sort your s**t. To say that the word ‘f****t’ isn’t offensive.

“And to say it’s not ‘abusive behaviour’ when this is my sixteenth complaint about the same dead leg with a different account… Won’t be on here much longer I can tell you that. Sort. Your. S**t. Out!”

‘Karen’ at Greggs

Following a less than desirable encounter with a member of staff at the popular high street bakery, Danny went on a scathing rant on Twitter before deciding to delete his tweets.

He posted: “Suffering with a bit of anxiety today and so not my normal self I feel. Then some skanky woman working @GreggsOfficial ‘cheer up don’t be so miserable. Smile!!’

“You know what, Karen… Why don’t you f*** off you insensitive, horrible woman. Be nice. Or don’t say anything.”

He later apologised for the outburst.
