Liam Payne says he ‘keeps on hurting people’ after split from Maya Henry

Liam Payne has promised to work on himself to stop hurting people he falls in love with after splitting with fiancé Maya Henry.

The One Direction star has admitted he thinks he jumps into relationships too quick as he reflects on his past romances.

Liam said: “I feel like more than anything at this point, I’m more disappointed in myself that I keep on hurting people.

“That annoys me. I’ve just not been very good at relationships. And I know what my pattern of things is with relationships at this point.

“I’m just not very good at them so I just need to work on myself before I put myself on to somebody else. That’s what happened with my last relationship.”

Prior to his three year relationship with Maya, Liam famously dated Girls Aloud star Cheryl.
