Texas front-woman Sharleen Spiteri has revealed her daughter was rushed to hospital after being hit by a car whilst staring at Sam Smith.
Sharleen’s teenage daughter Misty, 18, was starstruck when she saw pop star Sam.
But tragically the model was then mown down outside her college after the scary incident.
Thankfully Sharleen’s daughter, who was walking out of lessons at the time, is recovering after the bizarre celebrity accident.
Sharleen, 53, was told to rush to the college after being informed her daughter had been knocked over.
And when she arrived the music star was left horrified when she saw the vehicle’s shattered windscreen.

“She [Misty] was that busy staring at them that she walked out in front of a car,” revealed Sharleen, speaking to The Sun.
“As soon as I got there, I saw the car outside school with a completely broken windscreen.
“I thought to myself, ‘Oh my God, what am I walking into here?’ Literally my stomach was turning.”
Sharleen revealed the accident was a huge shock and happened before the latest coronavirus lockdown.

And the Halo singer and guitarist was then assured that Misty was okay and waiting in a nearby ambulance.
Misty has modelled for top brand Miu Miu, but even she lost her concentration when she spotted pop megastar Sam near her college.
And with her concentration wavering she was soon brought back down to earth with a bang after being bumped by the car.
Sharleen admitted when she got to her daughter’s college Misty was “just sitting there”, and she automatically assumed she had been talking on her mobile phone, enquiring: “Were you on that bl**dy phone?”
She joked she “could have killed her” and that she gave her daughter a “serious b******ing”.
Sharleen shares Misty with her former partner Ashley Heath.
Her daughter is believed to have been named after the phrase from the Clint Eastwood movie Play Misty for Me.

Meanwhile, family friend Thierry Henry, the former France and Arsenal footballer, left fans guessing when he revealed a t-shirt with the slogan “For the new born Kyd” on it.
The top striker once revealed the slogan on a T-shirt beneath his football shirt after scoring a goal.
It was later announced to be a reference to Misty’s birth.
Sharleen, who shot to fame with pop band Texas in the 1990s, is now married to top chef Bryn Williams.
