EastEnders spoilers reveal Tiffany's return as ex Keegan struggles in Gray aftermath

EastEnders favourite Tiffany Butcher (Maisie Smith) returns to Walford next week as her ex Keegan Baker (Zack Morris) struggles to come to term with what happened to his sister Chantelle Atkins.

Fans of the BBC One soap are aware that scheming solicitor Gray Atkins (Toby-Alexander Smith) murdered his wife Chantelle 18 months ago.

He has since also killed Tina Carter (Luisa Bradshaw-White) and Kush Kazemi (Davood Ghadami) and he’s set to be finally exposed in upcoming scenes.

Recent events are on everyone’s mind as the residents struggle to process what happened with Gray.

Karen Taylor (Lorraine Stanley) and Mitch Baker (Roger Griffiths) reel from the truth about Gray leaving Keegan to do his best to support his family.

Vinny Panesar (Shiv Jalota) is left red faced however when he boasts about his brother Kheerat Panesar (Jaz Deol) trying to help, leaving Keegan feeling guilty for not protecting Chantelle.

Later, Keegan reminds Mitch and Karen that it’s little Mack’s (Isaac Lemonius) birthday coming up and suggests they celebrate, determined to help his family.

Mitch thinks it’s time they tell Mack and Mia the truth about their dad.

As they start to explain, it all gets too much for Karen and she rushes out of the room.

Mitch struggles so Keegan steps in as the truth sets in for Mitch that he didn’t do enough to protect his daughter.

A grieving Mitch lashes out at Karen, blaming her for not noticing the signs with Gray.

Karen is deeply hurt at his comments and kicks Mitch out.

Things turn tense at the Taylor household as Mitch tries to find somewhere to stay and Bailey Baker (Kara-Leah Fernandes) pleads with Keegan to intervene, unaware of how much he is struggling himself.

Vinny and Kat Moon (Jessie Wallace) rally around Keegan as he airs his frustrations – Kheerat picked up on Chantelle’s abuse but he didn’t – but their words are not enough for Keegan.

Keegan and he storms off only to get into a huge argument with Karen about everything that’s happened.

Vinny later go to see Karen with some worrying news.

Realising he could be in serious trouble for his recent actions, Keegan struggles to hold things together but he is left floored when his ex-wife Tiffany returns.

Will Tiffany be able to get through to Keegan?

EastEnders airs Monday to Thursday on BBC One at 7.30pm
