1000lb Best Friends star Vannessa Cross ditched her clothes during a trip to the doctors office where she joked that they could all see her “vag”.
The TLC star has been waiting for skin removal surgery on her loose flesh after she recently lost a tremendous amount of weight.
She took a trip to the doctor’s office where they checked out her body for surgery and explained that her vagina looked like “a penis and balls”.

The doctor said: “You’ve lost a lot of weight. This is hard to carry around. I’m just doing one side, I haven’t even done the other side! You know, this is a good 20 pounds.”
Vannessa was gobsmacked at her estimate and told the doctor that “even just holding it up for her gave her relief” from the weight.
The doctor asked Vannessa to “hold the fat up for her” and Vannessa joked: “Now we see the penis and the balls!”
As the doctor examined her body, the medical professional told the TLC star that she had “a cute little butt”.
Back in the studio, Cross then told the camera that “since she’s lost the weight” her vagina is “all just skin”.
She grabbed the loose skin on her arm and admitted that it was “skin like that, just hanging between her legs”.
Vannessa then told viewers that it “looks like a three inch penis with big fat balls”.
The official TLC Instagram account shared the clip on their page and the crowd went wild with support.
TLC called the scene a “monumental moment” while fans flocked to share their praise for the star.
One wrote: “I can’t even imagine how uncomfortable it must be to carry the weight of all that excess skin around all the time! She must dream about her surgery. She is such a lovely woman,” and signed off with a red heart emoji.
Another added: “I feel so sorry for her. That’s a lot of excess skin. Going to be in excruciating pain.”
A third typed: “Hate she has to wait so long to get that removed. I know she was very disappointed. She has done great. So happy for her,” with two pink heart emojis.
Others branded Vannessa “the most successful out of all of them” on the show, while others simply praised her for “reaching her goal” and her “sweet nature”.
